Alternative Capital Structures, Subchapter V Issues, Merchant Cash Advances and More to Be Discussed at ABI's 2024 Rocky Mountain Bankruptcy Conference

Alexandria, Va. — The American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI’s) 2024 Rocky Mountain Bankruptcy Conference will be held at the Grand Hyatt Vail in Vail, Colo., June 12-14. Located in Vail for the first time, the conference brings together regional judges and top practitioners for two days of interactive and informative programming on timely insolvency topics. The featured keynote speaker will be Gene Commander of Gene Commander Inc. (Aurora, Colo.), who will explore the shifting and shrinking legal talent pool and share his insights on developing magnetic workplace cultures, effective compensation models and nontraditional staffing strategies that will enable employers to successfully attract and retain legal professionals. Attendees of the Rocky Mountain Bankruptcy Conference have the opportunity to earn up to 9.75 hours of CLE/CPE credit and 1.25 hours of ethics.

Judicial co-chairs for the 2024 Rocky Mountain Bankruptcy Conference are Bankruptcy Judges Kevin R. Anderson (D. Utah; Salt Lake City) and Michael E. Romero (D.
